Implementation Lenses
Implementation lenses are the various means by which different implementation issues can be addressed. The various lenses serve as tools for analysis and problem-solving.

Each lens is a means by which the implementation issue can be addressed; each serves as a tool for analysis and problem-solving. Lenses provide an integrated perspective on what it takes to successfully execute, implement or deliver a policy.
The implementation lenses include risk management, performance outcomes, communication, governance and accountability and leadership.
